Admission Policy:

ADMISSION

1. Is open to all boys and girls irrespective of caste or creed.
2. A Student must have completed four years nine months and should not exceed 5 years 6 months on 1st April 2016 for admission to class H.K.G.
3. A boy or girl who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce an Official Birth Certificate such as the Municipal Certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the Admission Form.
4. A boy/girl who has attended any recognized school will not be admitted without a school Leaving Certificate from the same.
5. Documents required for admission are not returned.

WITHDRAWAL

1. One month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student or the fee will be charged. Such notice should be given in writing by the person responsible for the student and not by the student himself.
2. No school leaving certificate will be issued until all the dues have been paid in full.
3. A pupil failing to be promoted may have to discontinue his studies in the school. A pupil failing twice in the same class must discontinue his studies in the school.

Rules For Fees

1. All fees are to be paid strictly in advance in four quarters. The entire year fee can also be paid one time.
2. Admission may be refused to the pupils whose fees are not paid by the 10th of the month in which they are due.
3. Small children should not be entrusted with the payment of fees.
4. No reduction is made for a broken period.
5. Those whose fees have not been paid by the 10th will have to pay a fine of Rs. 50/- The name of those whose fees are in arrears for 2 month will be struck of the register.These defaulters may by readmitted on paying the arrears and the readmission fee of Rs. 2000/- Habitual defaulters’ names will be struck off the rolls.
6. Pupils will not be allowed to sit for the examinations unless all dues are paid up to date.
